Q. I have a question; where should I direct it?
A. If you post a question on Facebook, Twitter, or Medium, we will not be able to respond to it. If you have any questions, please use the ‘Customer Service’ of the MARBLEX Wallet. For simple questions, you can ask directly in the community on the MBX telegram or Discord.

Q. I am in a country where the service is not available. What should l do?
A. Please understand that it is not possible to use the MARBLEX Wallet in countries where the service is not available.
There could be a number of reasons why you are unable to use the wallet app, making it difficult to provide a straightforward solution.
If your country becomes serviceable in the future, we will provide additional information through announcements.
Q. There are bots in the game, do you have any countermeasures?
A. In order to keep the game as enjoyable as possible, abusers in the game are strongly sanctioned. However, a lot of players are enjoying the game, and there is a high demand for Game Tokens. We will continue to work with game developers in order to create a more pleasant gaming environment.
